Calle International was founded on a simple observation: international buyers rarely lack listings. What they lack is someone who knows several markets well enough to compare them honestly.
Our Story
We work across five markets we know personally — Miami, Costa Rica, Portugal, Madrid and Medellín — and we work with a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement begins with how you intend to live and hold the asset, not with what happens to be available this month.
Our role is to shorten the list, explain the trade-offs, and coordinate the local attorneys, bankers and inspectors who make an international purchase straightforward. We are paid to be candid: when a market or a building is wrong for a client, we say so.
Juan Calle leads the advisory personally and remains your point of contact from first conversation through closing and beyond.
