For Private Banks & Wealth Managers
A real estate counterpart for your private-client team
Calle International gives private banks and wealth managers a discreet property resource across Miami, Portugal, Spain, Costa Rica and Medellín — without competing for the broader client relationship.
Positioning
When a private client asks where to live, where to spend the summer, or where a family should hold a second home, the question is rarely just a property question. It touches liquidity, family use, travel, succession, risk appetite and the family's own idea of a good life. The bank's role is to understand that context. Our role is to turn it into a considered real estate brief.
We work as an extension of your private-client service, not as an additional product line. A relationship manager can make a warm introduction, remain close to the client, and choose how much of the property conversation to see. We return a clear view of the shortlist, the reasoning and the practical objections, while independent lawyers and tax specialists handle advice that belongs outside our mandate.
The result is a more useful answer than a link to a property portal: five markets, one accountable point of contact and a process designed for clients who value time, discretion and judgement.
What We Provide
- Private-client property briefs
- Translate a family's travel patterns, intended use, budget and time horizon into a written search brief across the right markets.
- Curated cross-border shortlists
- Present a small number of relevant options with context, comparable evidence and the reasons not to proceed where appropriate.
- White-label coordination
- Work behind your relationship team or with the client directly, depending on the referral model and the family's preference.
- A single property counterpart
- Coordinate viewings, inspections, negotiations and the independent professionals appointed in the destination country.
How We Work
01
1 — Brief
A confidential conversation with the advisor and, where appropriate, the client.
02
2 — Curate
A focused shortlist across the markets that fit, not a volume of listings.
03
3 — Explore
Remote walkthroughs, market context and one efficient inspection trip.
04
4 — Connect
Introductions to independent legal, tax, notarial and operational specialists.
05
5 — Acquire
Transaction coordination through completion and optional post-purchase support.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not provide investment management, banking, securities, legal, tax, immigration or regulated financial advice.
- We do not ask to replace the private bank, wealth manager, lawyer or tax advisor already serving the family.
- We do not publish client names, transaction details, returns or invented market statistics.
- We do not present every available listing; curation means being willing to leave options out.
Where We Work
- Miami

- Costa Rica

Questions
- Can a private bank refer a client without losing control of the relationship?
- Yes. We agree the referral model at the outset. You may remain involved throughout, receive updates, or make a discreet introduction and step back. We do not solicit the underlying banking relationship.
- Which clients are a good fit?
- Families, principals and executives with a clear reason to own abroad: a second home, a relocation plan, family mobility, a business base or considered geographic diversification.
- Can you work under our brand?
- In selected cases, yes. We can work as a discreet property resource behind the relationship team, subject to agreeing scope, communications and the client's consent.
- How do you handle legal and tax questions?
- We identify and coordinate independent professionals in the destination country. We do not give legal or tax advice ourselves.
- Do you offer a referral fee?
- Any commercial arrangement is discussed transparently with the relevant institution and documented before an introduction. It is never hidden from the client.
