Where relocation is part of the brief, we coordinate the property search with independent immigration, legal and tax professionals. We do not give that advice ourselves, and we will never suggest that a property purchase automatically creates a residency or tax outcome.

- Yes. The first conversation compares the five markets against your travel patterns, family needs, budget, intended use and timing before we show a property.
- Do you help with relocation?
- We coordinate the property side and introduce independent immigration, tax, legal, schooling and moving specialists where needed.
- Can you arrange a private viewing while I am in town briefly?
- Yes, once the brief is clear. We prefer to arrange a small, relevant itinerary rather than fill a day with unrelated viewings.
- Do you work with executives buying for family use?
- Very often. We look at schools, healthcare, airport access, privacy and the practical rhythm of the family rather than treating a second home as a standalone asset.
- How quickly can we start?
- A first conversation can begin as soon as you share the intended use, likely range and decision timeline. We will be candid if a proper search needs more time.
