For Family Offices & Private Investors
Real estate with a reason to exist
Calle International helps family offices and private investors compare curated opportunities, second homes and lifestyle assets across Miami, Portugal, Spain, Costa Rica and Medellín.
Positioning
A family office does not need another feed of property. It needs a clear answer to a narrower question: what role, if any, should this asset play in the family's life and balance sheet? It may be a city base for the next generation, a coastal home used for six weeks a year, a long-term hold in a market the family knows well, or simply a tangible asset that earns its place through use.
Our work begins before the shortlist. We pressure-test the brief, separate genuine family use from an investment story added later, and compare markets on more than price per square metre. Access, holding costs, management, liquidity, governance and who will actually use the property all belong in the decision.
We are comfortable with a no. If a property does not stand up to the family's intended use, if the ownership structure is unresolved, or if the opportunity requires a return assumption we cannot verify, we say so and stop.

Questions
- Can you prepare information for an investment committee or family council?
- Yes. We can structure the property review around the questions your governance process already asks: intended use, jurisdiction, costs, risks, management and next decision.
- Do you only represent buyers?
- Our advisory work is buyer-led. We also work with selected developers and property partners, but we disclose relevant relationships and keep the brief — not the inventory — at the centre.
- Can you compare a second home and an investment property?
- Yes, and we keep those cases separate. A home chosen for family use should not be justified by an unverified investment projection, and an investment should not depend on the family using it every summer.
- How do you protect confidentiality?
- We collect only what is needed to begin, keep communications limited to the agreed participants, and do not publish names, figures or transaction details.
- Which markets do you cover?
- Miami, Costa Rica, Portugal, Madrid and Medellín, with a single point of coordination across all five.
